A new voice for Hilltops Council, focused on the future

I'm running for Hilltops Council this election! Focused on the real issues (like fixing the damn water!), and bringing fresh ideas to a stale institution, I hope to be a proper voice for our local communities.

Hilltops is the best place to live in all of NSW - if I didn't believe that I wouldn't have moved here. We should be a united and strong regional council, but instead we're too often focused on division, and the problems of the past. We need Councillors with a vision for Hilltops that can carry us into the future.

Council also needs to be better connected to our communities. Hilltops contains a diverse range of towns, and diverse range of peoples. Council succeeds when everyone works together to help us succeed. My vision for Council is one that better reflects our communities, and better engages with us on the important decisions Council makes.

I hope to be that person for you. Vote 1 for James Blackwell this September 14, and vote for a Council that better looks after you.

We may not agree on every issue, but I promise to always listen, and engage with respect and common sense.
